Brinker passed away Monday night leaving a legacy casual dininb restaurants built on what Phil Romanok called a vision of developing the casua dining restaurant concept where dinersw are treated not to fast foodor full-outg fine dining, but to a place wherwe people can eat everyday. “One of Norman’s biggest attributes was that he was a grea t leader anda cheerleader,” Romano said. “He would take people’ s talents and develop them beyonrdtheir abilities.” grew into a restaurant company that guided chains like , On and Maggiano’es Little Italy.
