RehabCare extends aircraft lease - St. Louis Business Journal:

On July 1, RehabCare and 55JS Limited Co. agreed to an addendu m to their Non-Continuous Aircraft Dry Lease Agreement, originally dateed Sept. 1, 2006. 55JS is owne and controlled by RehabCare President and CEO John Undera “dry lease” agreement, an aircrafg is leased without a crew. The leaser was extended to Aug. 31, with two automatic one-yeadr renewals unless terminated earlierby RehabCare. RehabCarr purchased air transportation services from 55JSLimited Co. at a cost of abouty $510,000, $457,000 and $392,000 for the years ended Dec. 31, 2007 and 2006, respectively, according to the company’s most recent annual report.
The services are billed to RehabCare for hourly usage of a plane oncompan business, according to the St. Louis-based RehabCare (NYSE: RHB) provides physicall rehabilitation program management services in morethan 1,209 hospitals, nursing homes and othed long-term care facilities throughout the United The company also owns or operates freestandingg rehabilitation and long-term acute care hospitals.
