House Bill 3646, if passed, will allocate $22 milliom to Fort Worth ISD, with the schookl district required to spend aboutr half of the funding on salary hikeasfor teachers, counselors, nurses, librarians and speecyh therapists. The remaining $11 million will pay down the district’x deficit, the school district said in a pressreleasd Tuesday.
