Bob Bernstein, founder of and owner of Trilogy, whic h owns West Edge, told the Kansas City Business Journakl earlier this month that construction on the project coulf restartby year’s end. Minoe work has been under way sincee Trilogy tapped to replace as generalcontractor . JE Dunn had pulleed out of the project at 48th and Roanoks streets because of disputeswith Trilogy. JE Dunn became frustratefd thatTrilogy wasn’t paying it, and Trilogy officials responded that they had concern with JE Dunn’s work. The dispute remaina in arbitration, which has been ongoing for more than a West Edge isa 2.
