But this is not necessarily aboutt reduction and is definitely not about Efficientmeans “able to function with minimak waste.
” So when I speak about an efficienyt workplace, my message is about giving the worker choice and creating spaces that benefiy the entire organization: Giving staff optimal places to work whil e minimizing underutilized space — a “we” vs. approach.
